Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Feelmage Films website and services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.
2. Services
Feelmage Films provides wedding videography services in Italy, primarily in the Amalfi Coast, Ravello, Lake Como, Tuscany, and other locations. Our services include:
- Wedding day filming
- Professional editing
- Delivery of final wedding film(s)
- Any additional services as agreed upon in writing
3. Booking and Payments
Booking: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit.
Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is deducted from the total fee.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Failure to make the final payment may result in cancelation of our services.
Additional Costs: Additional costs such as travel expenses, accommodation, meals, and overtime fees will be outlined in the contract.
4. Cancelation Policy
By Client: In the event of cancelation by the client:
- The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when cancelation occurs.
- Cancelations made less than 90 days before the wedding date: 50% of the total fee is due.
- Cancelations made less than 30 days before the wedding date: 100% of the total fee is due.
By Feelmage Films: In the unlikely event that Feelmage Films must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:
- We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement videographer of similar style and quality.
- If no replacement can be found, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
- Our liability is limited to the refund of payments received.
5. Rescheduling
If you need to change your wedding date, we will accommodate the change if we have availability on the new date. If we are unavailable on the new date, the booking will be treated as a cancelation and our cancelation policy will apply.
6. Delivery of Films
Timeline: We aim to deliver your wedding film(s) within 8-12 weeks after your wedding date. This timeline may vary depending on the season and workload.
Revisions: The package includes up to two rounds of minor revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
7. Copyright and Usage Rights
Copyright: Feelmage Films retains the copyright to all footage and final films.
License to Clients: Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to share, display, and reproduce the films for personal use.
Portfolio Usage: Feelmage Films reserves the right to use any footage or films for portfolio, promotional purposes, contests, and publications, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Feelmage Films' liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:
- Missed moments due to obstacles, guest interference, or events occurring simultaneously in different locations.
- Adverse weather or venue lighting conditions affecting the quality of footage.
- Loss of data due to technical failures, though all reasonable precautions will be taken to back up footage.
10. Force Majeure
Feelmage Films shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, equipment failure, acts of God, war, or terrorism.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.
